What we collect
- Phone number and driver identity (login)
- Vehicle / chassis / container numbers entered in the app
- Optional photos for OCR (plates, documents)
- Operational logs (gate IN/OUT, shift start/end) for the fleet company
GPS location
GPS is used only during an active shift.
After «Start shift» the app may track location to detect terminal gates (AUTO IN/OUT).
After «End shift» tracking stops. We do not track 24/7.
Storage & sharing
Data is stored on secure servers in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt region) for the driver’s company.
It is not sold to third parties. Company admins / planners see fleet data needed for logistics.
